Suzy Shewmaker Hicks has been a member in good standing with the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors since 1997.  An extensive background in the field of advertising allows her to market her listings in a way that targets the most likely buyers for any specific home and to zero in on what properties best suit her buyers.

During her real estate career, Suzy has served tirelessly to promote the interests of homeowners and Realtors alike.  She was on the Board for GEPAR and either chaired or was a member of numerous committees including Budget and Finance, Governmental Affairs, TREPAC, Ethics, and Executive Committee.  In 2009 she was honored to serve as President of the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors.

Suzy continues to serve the interests of El Pasoans outside of real estate.  Currently she serves as Secretary of El Paso Crimestoppers and also as Secretary of her Las Palmas Neighborhood Association.

She is a happy wife, mother, and grandmother and resides in East El Paso with her husband, Steve Hicks, a very polite Tabby named Miss Kitty.
