I believe knowledge is power.  Knowing what to do… knowing what to say… knowing what to ask… knowing who to ask.  And the more you know the better deal you can make selling or buying a property.  I am Paty Zavala and I want to be your agent by being your source of knowledge.  The best service I can provide is having the information you need, when you need it and supporting you through your selling or buying process.  I was born in El Paso, TX yet lived my childhood and young adulthood in Mexico.  So, I know the culture of both countries and can help you identify the property that will suit your needs.  I was in your shoes and remember all the uncertainties of buying my first home in the early 90s.  In 2014, I also started investing in real estate, understanding the difference in goals and objectives that entails.

I realize that my mission is to help you, my clients, sell and buy real estate.  However, my goals are to provide you with the best quality and quantity of service before, during, and after the process to earn your trust for life and become your go-to resource whenever you have a real estate-related question or need.  I want to understand your most important home-buying criteria, helping you find the realty that will satisfy those wants and needs, and of course, negotiating the best deal for you.  As listing agent, I want to help you get what you need, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of inconvenience to you.  I provide services for buying and selling commercial and residential realty.  I also understand how to serve the special needs of the senior community when selling or buying, as well as how to assist with objectivity and neutrality in completing the house file in divorce real estate.
