Minerva Al-Tabbaa is a native El Pasoan and has been serving the beautiful city of El Paso as one of the top listing agents, with the upmost integrity, delivering unmatched service for over 19 years. Minerva was well-prepared for a career in real estate sales, she came from an entrepreneurial background. As an owner of Gunslinger Family Western Wear in El Paso store for over 25 years. Minerva gained valuable experience managing every aspect of her business, offering excellent customer service, “that is why she offers the very best care and service to each individual client.” Minerva began her real estate career in 2004. In her first year as a Real Estate agent, she earned the Rookie of the Year Award. She has become a Multi-Million Dollar Producer every year since then and is consistently recognized as one of El Paso’s top agents. She has served various leadership roles in each company she has served in. She has also won many prestigious awards, recognizing her high achievement as a leader in El Paso real estate sales. In both 2015 and 2017, she was recognized as one of El Paso's Top 26 Realtors, and for the past several years she has been NAHREP Top 250.
Not only does Minerva enjoy serving her community as a Realtor, but she is also greatly invested in giving back to the community. One of her favorite activities is to volunteer. She has taken on various community volunteer leadership roles, including having been the President of the Franklin High School Soccer boosters, Vice President of FHS Orchestra boosters, Vice President of FHS Cheerleaders boosters, and President of Lincoln Middle School Orchestra and Band boosters. Minerva has worked with several club teams and helped organized one of the largest West side soccer clubs in El Paso, known as Premiere Panthers, which, in 2014 changed their name to FC Dallas El Paso West Club (after becoming an affiliate of FC Dallas). She received a Lifetime Membership Award with the El Paso School District PTA. She served as the chair for GEPAR Realtors/Builders committee for two years. She serves on the GEPAR Board of Directors, is a member of GEPAR Government Affairs committee, and is an active member of the Downtown Lions Club.
Not only is Minerva a dedicated and successful Realtor, but she is also a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Minerva and her husband, Samir Al-Tabbaa celebrated their 40th year Anniversary this year. She is the proud mother of three grown children: Jasmine, Adam, and Zach, and a grandmother of three precious grandchildren: Halia, Camden, and Zaira. Minerva believes in leading by example. Her favorite quote is "Integrity is choosing your thoughts and actions based on values rather than personal gain.
