Goin’ Great in the Best Part of the State! West Texas – El Paso!

I was born and raised in El Paso and am glad to call West Texas my home!  I lived in Austin for several years, and probably a week after I said that I would never come back, God brought me back, and I’m glad He did!  There are many beautiful parts of this great state and assuredly West Texas takes a back seat to none of them!

Real estate is definitely my calling and as a Realtor® I love helping my clients win!  Helping my clients win is a process that starts as soon as we meet, is realized when your goals are met, and hopefully carries on to a lifelong relationship; a definite win!  At the core of my relationships is making sure that you come first; I believe this mentality is foundational for setting you up to win!  I’m laser focused on the right outcome.  I’m good at understanding both spoken and unspoken needs, providing needed perspective and advice, helping you find your perfect home, arranging financing, and negotiating the deal all the way to the closing table.  In my opinion, from a transactional perspective the heart of the deal is definitely the negotiation and that’s the part I love the most!  It’s all about reading personalities and circumstances, having a feel for the market, understanding what a good price for a home is, and closing the deal!  When it comes to selling homes I love finding the perfect way to position a house to accomplish your goals; whether it be price maximization or speed of closing, or anywhere in between!  With me you’ll get a REALISTIC plan to get your house sold!

I am grateful to be the father of two wonderful children.  Children really are a blessing and the joy those two kids have added to my life is immeasurable!  Our family also includes our pet dog Alli, a 15 year old Shih Tzu, that while she appears to have lost her hearing I am sometimes convinced that it’s selective!  We also have two baby turtles, Peanut and Toast.  Our family loves to vacation at the beach!  Outside of my time in real estate I serve as the Chairman of Child Evangelism Fellowship – Rio Grande Chapter, which is a ministry that shares the Good News of Jesus Christ with children.  I am a member of the Gideon’s International (The Gospel is Our Mission) and serve as the Treasurer and Church Ministry Chairman for the El Paso West Camp.  I am also a member of Coronado Baptist Church.  I am a graduate of the McCombs School of Business – UT Austin (Hook’em!) and of Coronado High School (pride of the westside!)
