Description

The MLS Board has announced a special meeting of the participants in order to review and vote on changes to the bylaws. Changes include the following: 

• Allowing non-REALTOR® Participants into the MLS
• Adding qualifications to serve as a Director on the MLS Board
• Adding qualifications to serve as an Officer on the MLS Board
• Increasing the number of Subscribers allowed to serve on the MLS Board
• Adding an attendance policy for elected Directors serving on the Board
• Clarifications regarding holding multiple positions on the board
• Requirements for electronic voting
