These are the last two (out of five) remaining courses of the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation program being hosted by GEPAR's Global Committee. 

The duration of this course will take place from June 25th - June 29th in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. 

This international training experience follows the first part of the program, which was held in May in El Paso, TX. By completing the CIPS designation, you'll gain a deep understanding of global real estate practices, expand your business with international clients and listings, join the exclusive CIPS Network of over 4,000 professionals in 50+ countries, and position yourself as a trusted international real estate advisor. 

This final session in Playa del Carmen will culminate in a special graduation ceremony, celebrating your achievement and connecting you with fellow professionals in a beautiful international setting. 

PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR DESIGNATION/GRADUATE IF YOU DID NOT COMPLETE ALL 5 COURSES REQUIRED TO OBTAIN THE CIPS DESIGNATION.
