The curriculum is designed to empower REALTORS® with the practical knowledge they need to stay safe on the job. Subjects covered in this seminar include: • Why Are Real Estate Agents at Risk: Understanding the unique vulnerabilities of the profession. • Situational Awareness: Techniques for reading your environment and identifying potential threats early. • How Stress Affects the Body: Recognizing physiological responses to danger and how to manage them. • Mindset and Defensive Strategies: Cultivating a survival mindset and tactical planning for showings and open houses. • Defensive Options: Practical, everyday tools and strategies to protect yourself when avoiding a threat is not an option.
