Owner and lead inspector Ramon Rivera Jr. is a 35-year resident of El Paso, having served both the city and county ambulance services as an EMT. As a lover of sports, Ramon has also been a high school football official for the past 23 years, officiating games from Anthony to Pecos, and many schools in between. A veteran of the US army, Ramon has always had a passion for serving people, no matter the position he’s held or the places he’s been. Ramon’s extensive 20+ year background in real estate as an insurance industry professional has allowed him to keep his finger on the pulse of El Paso's residential and commercial landscape while offering home, life, and commercial plans for residents and business owners.

Today, Ramon brings this experience to property inspections, where he continues to enjoy meeting new people, answering their questions, and helping them transition into their new homes. Happily married for 33 years and with three wonderful sons, Ramon and his wife enjoy spending their free time with their family and spoiling their grandson as much as possible.
